“We had a lovely stay here for our anniversary and really enjoyed our time. The location was fantastic — very central to everything, just around the corner from the Big Banana and only a short drive to the jetty. There was plenty to see and do nearby, which made getting around really easy. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. “Non abbiamo avuto indicazioni su come effettuare il check in. Abbiamo scritto alla struttura 2 volte e non ci hanno mai risposto. Per fortuna la ragazza del chiosco di fronte che ha chiamato la reception per darci indicazioni su come prendere le chiavi del bungalow. Pulizia approssimativa, e lenzuola sporche. Ottimo il servizio della cucina, quest'ultima molto pulita.”

“Veranda lights on all night shone into cabin, shower dripped all night even tho off, 2 cats fighting outside, early morning people with car running for 10 mins before leaving, kids late at night riding plastic wheeled bikes making noise, people talking loud outside windows just at dawn.”

“The resort was very clean and staff very friendly, but when you are paying over $500 / night , I think the property needs modernising, new untenciles, air conditioning in all rooms, block out blinds, extra bin bags, a bin in the bathrooms, a fridge without rust spots on it. If you are travelling with a baby who has a pram be prepared to carry up all the steps as no ramps or lifts to your room. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the accommodation definitely needs a renovation for their furnishings.”
